Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, WIFI; cable; 4 color cable TVs, DVD player, stereo/cd player & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include outside shower, permanent grille, screen porch, sun deck & covered porch. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.

About the Area

Sunset Beach is home to this vacation home. Sunset River Marketplace and Museum of Coastal Carolina are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Ingram Planetarium and Tribal Island. Planet Fun and Molten Mountain are also worth visiting.

Find your best deal:

The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are booked very early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.

Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches. You'll need to determine what configuration is suitable for your family.

During your stay:

Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected everything. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
Walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take video of the property to record its condition.
