An additional ocean-facing queen bedroom includes its own deck and private bath, and the kids’ bunk room offers four beds, a enormous TV, board games, and simple access to the pool and outdoor shower.

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is designed for gathering and entertaining. The gourmet kitchen is entirely equipped with stainless steel appliances, an induction cooktop, convection and standard ovens, a huge refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, an under-counter drink refrigerator, and all the cookware and dishware needed for family meals. The roomy living room features ample seating, a wraparound sectional, a 65" 4K Intelligent TV with premium sound, and broad sliding glass doors that open to a wall-to-wall deck with sweeping ocean vistas.
