Egret Watch, a splendid, privately owned 3rd row home on the East end of the Island. Recently refreshed for the 2017 rental season. (Photos to follow) Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 2 dvd players, 3 color cable TVs (Roku tv in loft), WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include outside shower, screen porch, roof deck & sun deck. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING

This vacation home is located in Sunset Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
