Close walk to the pier, Sunset Slush and stores. Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, central heat & air, 3 SMART TVs, DVD player, WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, screened porch, new deck and tower with ocean vistas. This is stringently a ***NON-SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home.
Maid service is required for all nightly units. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING
