If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 3 cars.

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Holden Beach and Sailfish Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun. Get the best value:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Holden Beach. To find the best value, change your group's vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer warm temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic.

  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
