Appreciate access to amazing community amenities, including an outdoor pool, a tennis court, and private beach access directly across the street. Second-row vistas of the ocean can be seen from your private balcony, which has been furnished with an outdoor dining area for meals alfresco. Spend lazy evenings watching your favorite movies in the living area while the chef of the group treats everybody to delicious snacks or full-course meals. The kitchen is entirely equipped with all major appliances, so cooking time should definitely be a breeze. There is even a stainless steel dishwasher to make post-meal clean up fast and simple. The dining table seats four people comfortably, which is ideal for more formal family meals.
