We charge $100/day to heat the pool. During the winter months, please note that we are unable to guarantee the pool heater will reach a temperature that is completely satisfying. The highest the heater can go is 86°F, and there’s also a risk of the pipes being too cold to turn on the heater. If temperatures drop below 30°F, we are unable to activate it. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental property six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection.
