This home is located roughly 10 mins. from Novant Health New Hanover Regional Hospital, 10-15 mins. to UNC-Wilmington, 15 mins. to Carolina Beach and 15 mins. to downtown Wilmington. Conveniences include High-speed internet and wifi, Cable TV, King size bed and en-suite bath with a enormous walk-in closet in the primary bedroom. Two additional bedrooms with Queen Size Beds. Cavernous living room with full size couch, adore seat, coffee table and 55" flat screen TV! Eat-in dining area with sizable table and 4 chairs plus a bar with two bar stools .
