When heading to the beach, that's only a 6 min. walk, we’ve got you covered with the beach necessities including chairs, beach umbrella, body boards and even cornhole located in the storage unit under the home.

**Bring your own Beach towels**

When you come back, shower off the sand in the outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. 
This cavernous home sleeps up to 6 people and has 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom accepting for a great amount of flexibility. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a combination shower tub in the bathroom and access to it’s own private deck.  The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with the third bedroom having 2 twin/single beds. 

Carolina Beach is home to some great local food finds and we have tons of menus to help you make your decision (especially from some of our favorites!). Want to order take out or feeling like staying in? We supply a completely outfitted kitchen with ample room for the family to gather for a meal. 
There are tons of great options for entertainment around the home including Wifi, magazines, board games and puzzles. When going out we are just a short distance from the best that Carolina Beach and Pleasure Island has to offer from shopping to the handsome boardwalk.

About the Area

Located near the beach, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Halyburton Park and Carolina Beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Looking to get your feet wet? Kayaking, scuba diving and snorkeling adventures can be found near the property.

• On check-out day, take a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the rental a final time and look for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to compel future bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will will be grateful for your review find their best rental home. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to solve it.
