**Bring your own Beach towels**

When you come back, shower off the sand in the outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. 
This roomy home sleeps up to 6 people and has 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom accepting for a great amount of flexibility. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a combination shower tub in the bathroom and access to it’s own private deck.  The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with the third bedroom having 2 twin/single beds.

There are tons of great options for entertainment around the home including Wifi, magazines, board games and puzzles. When going out we are just a short distance from the best that Carolina Beach and Pleasure Island has to offer from shopping to the impressive boardwalk.

Located near the beach, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Halyburton Park and Carolina Beach. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.   • Go through the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a terrific time? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
