A Shore Thing is a 1st level condo with a view and an elevator!!! Oceanfront, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1st level condo in the elevator building at the sought-after Sea Colony community. Private, assigned parking for 2 cars! The master suite includes a king bed, walk in closet, flat screen tv and private bath. Bedroom #2 homes two twin beds and is adjacent to the hall bathroom. The living area is on the oceanfront side of the condo and accepts the sun to pour in through the triple slider! The ocean vistas are spectacular!

The kitchen is completely equipped for your stay at the beach. The dining room seats 6 and we have outside seating on the oceanfront balcony! The living room has a queen sleeper couch and a flat screen tv. Wi-Fi is supplied in your condo. The community features numerous charcoal grilles for your use with one conveniently located in the grassy lawn area outside of your building. The swimming pool is steps away and is its own private getaway. The beach access for owners and guests only and makes for a more private beach strand experience.

Located on the beach, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Halyburton Park and Carolina Beach reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with kayaking and motor boating nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with cycling and hiking/biking trails.

  • Property managers often offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses.   • Just prior to departing, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't leave anything behind. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
