Located on the far East end of Ocean Isle Beach, this home offers gorgeous vistas of the ocean from every room! Lots of room and space, completely outfitted kitchen, additional sizable intelligent TV in main living room! Beach walkway across the street, and the beach has GROWN so much since the refurbishment! This home is ideal for a family who wants to spend time together, but also have their "own space", and there are balconies and decks everywhere. There are 4 bedrooms and the home sleeps 8, but with a couch and sectional, possibly more. And be sure to bring your favorite bed, bath and kitchen linens as we do not provide those. However, linens can be included for an additional charge, please feel complimentary to ask about that. The elevator is such a nice help for those with limited mobility. The pool in the enclosed back yard is very calming. This home definitely invites you to relax and savor the sounds and sights of the delightful ocean and beach!

About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Rees Jones Golf Course and Leopard's Chase Golf Club. Ingram Planetarium and Planet Fun are also worth visiting.

When to visit Ocean Isle Beach & When to reserve a rental home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To find the best rental for your budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • In the Southport area, The sooner you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved early. Booking your rental property up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers typically offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.   • Go through the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
