This striking canal home has been newly refreshed.  It's all set for docking a boat and appreciating summertime on the water. The beach is just a short walk away.  The living space features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first floor features one bedroom and one full bathroom and a roomy great room with expansive vistas of the canal, accessible from the kitchen, dining, or living areas. There's also a comfortable sitting area on the second floor with 2 additional bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. The enclosed basement serves as a recreation room, complete with a pool table and TV. Front and back porches, along with decks, enhance the home's appeal. Bed linens and Bath Mats supplied for weekly units. No towels supplied but can be rented.

Find your best deal:

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Southport area. To find the largest rental home for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses.
