Welcome to Salty Kisses & Starfish Wishes, managed by Brunswick Vacation Units! This striking 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach home offers the ideal blend of comfort and tranquility, located just steps away from the sandy shores. With gorgeous ocean vistas this home is designed for relaxation and enjoyment.
The bright and airy living room features enormous windows that flood the space with natural light, providing beautiful vistas of the sea.

The completely equipped kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, making it a delight for both casual meals and entertaining.

The open design ensures you're always part of the conversation, even while preparing delicious beachside snacks.

The master suite offers a queen bed and two twins with its own access to the balcony overlooking the ocean, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a cavernous walk-in closet. The second bedroom sits on the street side and is suited with a queen. The third bedroom also sits street side, and offers a queen bed. All bedrooms are generously sized, ideal for family/guests. The second and third bedroom share the second bathroom, suited with a tub/shower.

Step outside to your private heaven. The broad deck is ideal for sunbathing, or simply taking in the impressive sunsets.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Family Animals — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

If your *check in date* is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole home linen and towel rental fee. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be supplied per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.

**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT supplied in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $130 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**

We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Ingram Planetarium and Planet Fun.   • The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Booking your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • Book your rental property in the Fall or Spring to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • Hosts sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Leave a review! Property managers rely on good ratings to drive future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your review find their best vacation home. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
