Revel in the feel of the sea breeze on your face from the private balcony complete with furnishings for calming or dining. Sip your morning coffee as you watch pelicans dive into the waves in search of their breakfast and savor simple beach access right across the street once you’re ready to hit the sand.

The comfortable couch and armchairs in the living room invite you to gather with family and friends to watch a movie, play a game of cards or simply reminisce. The dining table seats four, with seating for an additional four available at the adjacent kitchen counter. The kitchen is entirely outfitted for all of your cooking needs and features stainless steel appliances and plenty of country space for preparing your favorite recipes. A modest laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer and storage space is located just off the kitchen.

Each of the three bedrooms provides its own flat screen intelligent TV for personal entertainment. The master suite features a king bed, direct balcony access and an attached private bathroom. Soak weary muscles in the sunken garden tub or rinse away the sand in the step-in shower stall. His and hers sinks make getting ready in the morning fast and convenient. The second bedroom has a king bed and direct access to the second shared bathroom, which contains a standard tub/shower combo and also has a door to the hall. The final bedroom has two twin beds.

The location of this condo can’t be beat! Located just across from the Oak Island Pier, there are multiple waterfront dining options available just across the road. Appreciate great community amenities like the seasonal pool, hot tub and grilling area, as well as a dedicated beach access path. For your convenience, beach chairs, toys and a beach cart are supplied, along with access to a ground level storage closet.

The Yaupon Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Located near the beach, this condo is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island.
