This gorgeous oceanfront home (2K, 5Q, 2T) will make your vacation one to remember! With private beach access, a swimming pool (open from Easter - October), seven bedrooms, and six and a half baths this property is a cavernous getaway. Two living areas with flat-screen TVs, a enormous dining room table, covered porches with ocean vistas, and a fireplace are just some of the amenities this home offers. This home also has an EV charger installed so you can charge during your stay.

The owner of this home privately arranges their own cleaning and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.

This owner also provides bath towel sets per occupancy (16) for your convenience. Each set includes a washcloth, hand towel, and bath towel.

Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

You can choose from a range of items including bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards, body boards, and more. Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is by the sea. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Holden Beach and Big Beach.   • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Southport area. To find the best value, try shifting your family's Southport vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer great weather, , and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers typically offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.

  • If your group is bringing pets, you must book a pet-friendly rental. Get information on breed, size, and type restrictions. Some property managers charge pet deposits and fees.
  • Is your group looking for unique amenities? Most rental search websites include amenity lists and search filters. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking

Have a great stay:

  • Re-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all personal items at departure. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
