This handsome oceanfront home (2K, 5Q, 2T) will make your vacation one to remember! With private beach access, a swimming pool (open from Easter - October), seven bedrooms, and six and a half baths this property is a cavernous getaway. Two living areas with flat-screen TVs, a sizable dining room table, covered porches with ocean vistas, and a fireplace are just some of the amenities this home offers. This home also has an EV charger installed so you can charge during your stay.

The owner of this home privately arranges their own cleaning and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.

This owner also provides bath towel sets per occupancy (16) for your convenience. Each set includes a washcloth, hand towel, and bath towel.

Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home.

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is by the sea.
