When to visit & When to reserve a Carolina Beach rental home:

Summer months are the most expensive season in the Southport area. To find the most suitable rental home within your budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
In the Southport area, The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are reserved early. Booking your rental property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
Property managers often offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.

Go through the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
