Totally Renovated, Modern New Kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances, New Bath, Brand New KING Bed in Master, Brand New Queen Murphy Bed, and a Daybed. Everything is New!!! The most marvelous View on the Island. Watch the Dolphins, Pelicans and Beach goers all from the Sizable Deck, or Sit inside on the Comfy couch or While cooking Dinner. Extra Precautions being taken with COVID 19. Fresh Linens, Blankets, quilts, covers and towels supplied and All Surfaces, handles, knobs, anything touched cleaned before each stay. NOTE: The building/ Unit will be accessed for bug spraying on March 13th, June 12th, July 10th, August 14th, September 11th. If your stay is during any of these Dates you must let them into the Unit. This is a Mandatory spray of all units which keeps the bugs away. We want to ensure everybody has a pleasant Stay without any unwanted unexpected Visitors. The spray is non Harmful and safe for Kids. It will take less than 3 mins. and they will only be spraying near the perimeter and doors. We savor your cooperation.
