Dining table comfortably seats 10 for family dinners or family game nighttime. Kitchen well equipped with tons of storage space and two refrigerates. Plenty of outdoor furnishings, ample parking, charcoal grille, enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower, and guest storage. All Roku TVs and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. 3 bedrooms have handsome ocean vistas. The 4th bedroom has a calming marsh view. Home is equipped with an elevator that goes to all floors of the home.
