Located between the intracoastal waterway and the Atlantic ocean in cozy Wrightsville Beach, is Boater's Haven! Appreciate sunsets over the waterway and sunrises over the Atlantic just steps from your front door on Wrightsville Beach. Conveniently walkable to eateries, coffee stores, Roberts Grocery, and shopping and located just a few blocks from Johnny Mercers Pier! Get the best of both worlds when you want to step away and savor the peaceful of the waterway while still being close to all that Wrightsville Beach has to offer!

Our 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home features an broad living area for guests to gather, roomy decks on every level, a fenced yard, and even a beach area along the waterway. We provide a completely equipped kitchen with everything you need for hosting families or bigger groups. Guests can appreciate full dock access and access to the boat lift.

Linen service is supplied in the cleaning cost. In addition to sheets, we provide fresh bath towels, bath mats, and beach towels with each stay!

Check in is at 4 PM and Check out is at 10 AM. We unfortunately cannot offer early check ins or late check outs during the high season but can accommodate bags drop off while you enjoy the beach! Use of boat lift requires security deposit.

When to visit Wrightsville Beach & When to reserve a Wrightsville Beach rental home:

  • Booking your vacation rental in the Spring or Fall is a great way to save on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
  • Look for your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great information, visitors guide magazines contain deals for nearby attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.

  • Select a designated group leader, select your trip dates, and select a max budget.

  • Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all required amenities are included before booking.
  • Are you bringing the family pet? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional fees or charges applied to your contract.

Advice for a great stay:

  • Review check in & check out procedures before traveling. Save the instructions to your smartphone, and take a printed copy.
  • Upon check-in, note any issues with the property and immediately contact the host. Keep records of all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, stereo or appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent lots of concerns.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious vacationers bothering your peaceful neighborhood. Employ the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and places you would've never otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Lock your rental while you're out. Protect your property!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a terrific vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
