The home is conveniently located near the center of the Island and close to the Market, island shopping, dining and all clubs and amenities. And most importantly, direct beach access to South Beach is only a 2-min. walk.

This home's first level offers private front and side porches and, inside, its entryway warmly welcomes you to beach living. The first floor offers three, freshly painted and refreshed suites-each include new wood floors, their own private full-bath with granite counters and tiled showers. The first two suites-a King and a Queen-are light-filled rooms with generous closets and storage. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and offers direct access to the front porch.

Upstairs, a vaulted-ceiling open floor plan makes the most of its walls of windows by highlighting ocean panoramas extending from Frying Pan Shoals all the way down South Beach. The bright living space extends to a enormous, covered wraparound sitting porch to savor the big ocean vistas, an afternoon gathering or an outdoor lunch or dinner. The gourmet kitchen, equipped with a window-surrounded dining table for 8, is equipped with modern stainless appliances, gas stove, coffee bar and generous counter space with both ocean and forested dune vistas. The upstairs Primary suite has a king bed and features breath taking vistas of the ocean and horizon where you will awake to gorgeous sunlit vistas.
