This enchanting 4 bedroom, 2 bath home, located on the trendy East End of Holden Beach, is within walking distance to all of the island eateries and nightlife, as well as the Holden Beach town park, tennis courts, splash pad and gazebo. Walk over to grab a slushie or some candy and join the crowd at the gazebo on Sunday evening for the complimentary summer concerts under the bridge!

You will appreciate the bright and cheerful open-concept living room/kitchen/dining area, complete with a queen size sleeper couch (bed linens not included for sleeper couch), along with the convenience of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on this lower level. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed with balcony access, and shares the full bathroom located on this level (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #2 is ideal for the kids, with 2 twin beds and shares the full bathroom located on this level (tub/shower combo). The full bathroom on the 1st level is complete with a stackable washer & dryer. The 2nd level offers a peaceful sitting area with a desk and a comfortable chair & ottoman for working or calming with a good book. On this 2nd level you will discover 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and shares the full bathroom located on this level, complete with a walk-in shower (no tub). Bedroom #4 has a king size bed and shares the full bathroom located on this level, complete with a walk-in shower (no tub).

There is an HDTV in every bedroom and the first floor living room. Each is equipped with 2024 HD antenna that captures over 20 channels of OTA entertainment (ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, FOX, CW, etc). In addition, there is fiber optic high speed internet available for streaming your favorite subscriptions, firestick or ROKU you can bring from home. The living room TV also has a DVD player.
