The space
Carolyn’s Beach House is a freshly refreshed cavernous three-bedroom home. That features a master bedroom with a queen size bed and adjustable base, TV with Roku. Second bedroom also with a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. An entertainment room for tons of family fun, big screen intelligent TV, game table with fashionable games & books to read. Whether you are taking in Southport’s pier watching dolphins passing Ships and Ferry’s, appreciating the view of the Oak Island light home and Bald Head Island or casting a fishing line. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

  • Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did you have a terrific stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it.
