Condo is located in building close to pool; complex has BBQ area, complimentary renter parking and pretty grounds. THERE IS NO BOAT, RV, OR TRAILER PARKING ACCEPTED IN THE COMPLEX. THE COMPLEX DOES NOT HAVE OR ALLOW EV OR GOLF CART CHARGING.
Condo is on third floor; you will need to climb stairs to entrance. Complex does not have elevator.
