Our bungalow, bespoke constructed for us from shipping containers, was designed to meet our need for a guest home that took advantage of a modest footprint while offering max. comfort & amenities.

It is located on our property with a privacy fence surrounding, with private access in our peaceful and peaceful neighborhood.

We are centrally located halfway between Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington.

It is a ideal spot, private and peaceful, with simple access to I-40, Market Street and College Road.

About the Area

Wilmington is home to this cottage. Bellamy Mansion Museum and Burgwin-Wright House are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Wrightsville Beach and Halyburton Park. New Hanover County Arboretum and Cape Fear Paddleboarding are also worth visiting.

  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses.   • Re-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on good ratings to compel future bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
