Welcome to our Spectacular Beach Cottage. This is our private home first time in the vacation market. We are located on a deep-water canal with our own private dock and Jet T. Bring your boat and Jet ski or fish off the dock. Or just float in the canal on one of our floats supplied.

You are only a few mins.' walk to a beach access.

You will appreciate our professionally landscaped tropical heaven! We have a delightful private heated saltwater swimming pool kept at 75 degrees. Our outside space has loungers, a lounge bed and a TIKI Bar. Dining table that seats 6 and a bar that will seat 8. Fun for the entire family! There is a half bath downstairs and an Outdoor Shower.

Our Cottage provides everything needed for your family vacation just bring your swimsuits! We have Pool Floats, Beach Chairs, Coolers, Beach Cart and fishing poles for you to use. We also have 6 bicycles for your use to discover the island on.
The Cottage will sleep 9 comfortably. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, the other two rooms each have Queen Beds. The Sleeping Loft has 2 Twin Beds with a Trundle bed sleeping a total of 3. Kids appreciate the Loft! TVs supplied in all bedrooms. We even provide a Pack and Play and Highchair for your young ones.

WE PROVIDE ALL LINENS- No need to bring any. We will provide you with All Linens, Bath Towels and Beach Towels.

The Cottage has an open living concept with a dining area that will seat 6 and a breakfast bar that will seat 3. There is a 55-inch screen TV in the main living area.

Other amenities include wireless internet, cable tv, games for the kids. You will have use of an outdoor gas grille and a Green EGG ideal for BBQ's. The TIKI Bar has a Ninja Blender to make your favorite frozen drink, Fridge and an Outdoor sound System to listen to your favorite Island sounds.
The Outdoor Upper Deck has a lounge area with a couch and rocking chairs to appreciate the handsome view of the palm trees, canal and sunsets.

You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.
  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.

  • Double-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
