Escape to Bald Head in our 3 bedroom / 2 bath condo located at Royal James on Bald Head Island. We are centrally located on the island with the maritime stores, lighthouse and South Beach less than a 2 min. golf cart ride. Our home does include 1- 4 passenger golf cart. We also have wifi to appreciate during your stay! Our master suite has a king bed, the guest bedroom has a king bed with bath and the upstairs sleeping loft has 2 queen beds. The loft is appreciated by the kiddos! Savor relaxing mornings and nights on our two balconies or twist by the community pool, which is supplied in your rental.

Located in Bald Head Island, this condo is near the beach. When to reserve a Southport rental home & When to go:

• June, July, and August are high season in the Southport area. Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
• Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Owners sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
• Property managers typically offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection.
