Located in Ibis Roost our three bedroom bungalow is your home away from home! The living area, kitchen and dining are located downstairs along with the master (king) suite and guest bedroom (queen) with a bath. Upstairs has a bedroom and bath with a full bed, 2 twin bed and sitting area. We are located in the private maritime forest with great outdoor living! We have a great wrap around porch along with a screen porch with plenty of outdoor enjoyment. Just a short walk you may also savor the community swimming pool.

  • The earlier you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental home six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property managers typically offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.   • Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available before booking.
  • Some rentals allow pets, and some do not. Acceptable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask the host about allowable pet guidelines before booking.

Know before you go:

  • Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • At departure, complete a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and look for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave feedback! Property managers rely on great feedback to propel new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will will be grateful for your feedback find their best vacation home.
