Located in Ibis Roost our three bedroom bungalow is your home away from home! The living area, kitchen and dining are located downstairs along with the master (king) suite and guest bedroom (queen) with a bath. Upstairs has a bedroom and bath with a full bed, 2 twin bed and sitting area. We are located in the private maritime forest with great outdoor living! We have a great wrap around porch along with a screen porch with plenty of outdoor enjoyment. Just a short walk you may also savor the community swimming pool.

When to go & When to reserve a Southport rental home:

  • June, July, and August are high season in the Southport area. Booking your vacation rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your group qualifies for a reduced rate.

  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
