Bedroom #1 could be considered the Master suite, complete with a King bed, TV and full private bath with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and marsh vistas. Bedroom #2 is complete with 2 Twin beds, TV and full private bath with tub/shower combo, and marsh vistas. Bedroom #3 is complete with a Queen bed, TV and shares a Jack-n-Jill full bath (walk-in shower) with bedroom #4, and has an ocean view. Bedroom #4 is complete with 2 Bunk bed sets (sleeps 4), TV and shares a Jack-n-Jill full bath (walk-in shower) with bedroom #3.

With wood floor and chic nautical décor throughout, the living room is gorgeously decorated with comfortable furnishings, sizable flat screen TV and a convenient wet bar. The prepare in your family will savor preparing gourmet meals in the well-appointed kitchen, with modern cabinetry and lighting, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and bar seating for 3. You will appreciate the half bath located just off the kitchen area. The dining table is huge enough for the entire family to gather together to enjoy family-style dining, or playing games together, all while making precious memories! Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Holden Beach and Sailfish Park. When to visit Holden Beach & When to book:

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in Holden Beach. To get the largest vacation home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Southport attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Booking websites usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.
