This home is a newly remodeled century year old home! With its wrap around front porch, roomy floor plan, upsized front windows, well supplied kitchen (even with some basic spices), Alexa, and much more, we know you will feel right at home during your stay here at Deja Blue. We wanted to create a space that is warm, inviting, and family friendly!
Deja Blue is centrally located to everything Wilmington has to offer, we even have a phenomenal restaurant, Molly Pitcher’s literally steps away. Rachel makes the best Bloody Mary ever! ????

Other things to note
Water bugs are very common at the beach, especially during the summer months. We have our home sprayed inside and out every 3 months. Should you have a problem, let me know and our exterminator will be there to help.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Owners sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
• Booking websites typically offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.
