Welcome to Captains Quarters! A beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch-style home, ideal for a calming hideaway. With accommodations for up to 6 guests, this comfortable getaway offers a cozy and homey ambiance. The entirely fenced backyard is a true getaway, ideal for unwinding or dining al fresco. Inside, the roomy living room provides a ideal space to relax and appreciate your favorite shows or movies. The dining area is ideal for entertaining or appreciating your morning brew. This property also offers the convenience of a private driveway with two parking spaces and a one-stall garage. Whether you’re here for a weekend or an extended stay, this cozy and inviting home provides all the essentials for a comfortable and memorable experience.

Master Suite: Queen Bed and two nightstands. Under the bed storage and modest shelf with Intelligent TV. Ensuite Bath.
Master Bathroom: Walk In Closet, Full Size Tub/Shower Combo, Single Sink with Granite Counter, Decorative Mirror, Toilet.
Guest Bedroom 1: Used as an office with bespoke fold-out queen murphy bed.
Guest Bathroom: Bathtub with Shower, Single sink set into Double Vanity with Granite Counter, Decorative Mirror, Toilet.
Guest Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Two Nightstands.
Laundry Closet: Washer/Dryer, Storage Shelving

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds. 

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am. 
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Surrounded by the Cape Fear River, the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean, a world class beach is a stones throw in any direction from Wilmington.

Wrightsville Beach is a oceanside town named as one of the world’s best surf towns by National Geographic, and is the ideal place to practice all water sports. Get a true feel for island life and experience the uncrowded shore and mild temperatures of Wrightsville Beach, where you could be fishing, paddle boarding, or shelling in crystal-clear waters, or just savor long, charming walks on NC’s most accessible beach. 20 mins. further down the peninsula, you will find the oceanside towns of Carolina Beach and Kure Beach.

Adventure awaits. Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport.
