This appealing one-story ranch home centrally located in Wilmington - 15 mins. from downtown and Wrightsville Beach, and 30 mins. from Carolina Beach. Pet-friendly with an upsized, entirely fenced backyard that includes patio with furnishings and fire-pit for your enjoyment. Or sit on the rocking chairs on the front porch with string lights illuminating the space.

Throughout your stay you'll have full access to the entire home with its humongous, open-concept living room, eat-in island, dining room and kitchen; kitchen is completely outfitted with silverware, plateware, K-cup and standard coffee maker, pots/pans, and cookware! Dishwasher in the kitchen, with starter pods supplied, to make dinner clean up a breeze!

All linens and towels (body, beach and hand towles) are included. Forget soap? The bathrooms have body wash, shampoo and conditioner to make your stay as effortless as possible.   • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all personal items. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a terrific vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
