Summary:
Welcome to Sea Grace 2 , this definitely adorable newly refreshed 3 bed/ 2 bath condo overlooking the pretty Atlantic Ocean. Be lulled to sleep with the sounds of the waves in a king size master bedroom and wake to the sunrise over the Atlantic on your private front porch! Located to all things Carolina Beach: cycling, kayaking, fishing charters, hiking at the CB State Park and our famed boardwalks and fishing piers with great eateries and shopping. Downtown Wilmington is 45 mins away!

The Space:
This is a 2nd floor unit.
There is no elevator.
The pool is located just behind the condo. The HOA opens the pool mid April and closes typically the second week in September, depending on weather

Guest Access:
Assigned parking, please display parking pass inside condo. There is room for 2 cars in tandem that is shared with another unit. There are also some spots by the pool in the back that are first come first serve. We highly recommend seeing if one of those is available when you get there as it is much easier to get in and out of. We are grateful our HOA gives us 2 spots complimentary but unfortunately can do nothing about the parking in tandem. Thank you for understanding.

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

About the Area

Our top Carolina Beach rental home tips and tricks:

When to go & When to reserve a Carolina Beach rental home:

  • Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is an excellent way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • The sooner you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
  • Find a copy of your local Southport visitors guide magazine upon checking in. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitors guides contain money saving offers on nearby accommodations, restaurants and tours.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Lock your rental property while you're out! Don't let crooks ruin your family vacation.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Leave feedback! Property owners rely on great feedback to drive new bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
