Parking instructions:
Driveway, parking for 5 depending on size. Any additional cars that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

**PROVIDED: WIFI, entirely outfitted kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A cooler, beach chairs and accessories are also supplied for your enjoyment.

Driveway parking is available for 5 cars, and depending on car size, there are 2 more garage spots available for smaller cars.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

*Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A max. of 2 family pets are allowed. The pet fee is $200 plus tax per pet and the pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-returnable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet max. policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay.   • In the Southport area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
  • Summer time is high season in Wrightsville Beach. Booking in the Fall or Spring is an excellent way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Booking websites often offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses.
