Great beach location with sizable private heated pool! (pool heat with surcharge). Lots to treasure in this little gem! Four bedrooms and four full baths, new living room furnishings, upgraded entertainment center with 50" flat screen TV with cable in every room, internet/WIFI, wood floors throughout, bright interior décor, handsome oceanside deck. Locking guest storage room, outside shower, plenty of parking, one story convenience. New kitchen remodel and window upgrades in 2021. Sea Biscuit receives many upgrades every year that guests are sure to appreciate. Appreciate a calming stay at Sea Biscuit!

Please be aware that although this is not a pet friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home. Absolutely no family pets or smoking allowed on this property.

Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Towels are supplied for Weekly Units only.

***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a max. of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June-August. Please call for more details.***
