Take in a partial view of the ocean and plenty of salty sea air at this striking home by the sea. Designed for families and groups looking to take a casual break, this home is ideal for calming in a neighborhood close to the beach. Appreciate a soak in the private hot tub after a long day of swimming and sand castles! But if you'd rather cool off in the central air-conditioning, there's plenty of comfortable seating indoors. The private washer/dryer will take care of the beach towels while you relax. The full kitchen features all the full-size appliances you need to put together delicious meals during your vacation. There's also a whole set of margarita glasses supplied because why not take in an ocean view with a proper drink?

This home's bedrooms are on the lower floor, save the main bedroom. Furnished balconies on either side of the condo mean that everybody staying on the lower floor is never too far from a spot on the terrace.

  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is high season in Holden Beach. To find the best value, consider shifting your family's Southport vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer excellent weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers often offer customers an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
