This 3 bedroom 3 bath oceanfront condo is located at the highly charming Duneridge Resort. This cavernous property is designed with fashonable simplicity in mind. The enormous oceanfront master suite features a seating area, king size bed, and a bespoke shower in the private full bathroom. The two guest bedrooms are on the marsh side. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with a full private bathroom. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds, and there is also a full bathroom in the hall next to this bedroom. The living room has plenty of seating for the family, and a sizable flat screen TV. The kitchen has granite counter tops, bar seating, and stainless steel appliances.

  • The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental home six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses.
