Savor a Holden Beach vacation at this family friendly oceanfront home! This 5 bedroom, (3K, 1Q, 1F, 1T), 4 bath Hobbs Intelligent Home with an inverted floor plan offers private beach access, a private pool (open from Easter - October), and a hot tub overlooking the surf. The screened-in porch and two sundecks provide plenty of ocean vistas, sunshine, and breezes. A second living area downstairs and flat-screen TVs in all the bedrooms means everybody has plenty of room to relax! There is a cargo lift for guests to use to transport bags and groceries. This lift is not designed to carry people. Please read and follow all posted instructions.

The owner of this home provides professional cleaning, bed linens, bath linens and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty shares the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Holden Beach. Reserve your rental in Spring or Fall to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.
