On the same floor is an office and two bedrooms (double/single in one and 2 queens in another) with ensuite baths, one of which is handicap accessible.
The ground floor consists of entry with elevator that services the 1st and 2nd story, a commercial grade ice maker, and plenty of covered and uncovered parking for up to 8 cars/trucks. The first residential floor features 2 spacious master suites, each with whirlpool tubs and walk in showers. The pool can be heated in the cooler months of late April/May and October/early November.
