The primary suite, bathed in luxury with a king bed, double sink vanity and a tiled shower, features direct access to the back deck and its gorgeous vistas. Upstairs, a queen bedroom awaits with a private bathroom and a door leading to the deck. The connected crofter homes another queen bed with a well-appointed bathroom. The third floor, an idyllic space for the kids, features two twin-bedded rooms and a shared bathroom. The home also offers a additional living area on the third floor with balcony access for an unobstructed view of the beautiful surroundings. And to make your stay even more delightful, two golf carts are available for island exploration. Plus, you can gain access to the BHI Club and Shoals Club for a separate fee.

Getting the most from your rental home budget:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
• Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Some property managers offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group.
• Property managers typically offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.
