Welcome to Five Fun Seekers! Our goal is to share our vacation home with you, making it a memorable experience full of FUN! Wake up to photogenic sunrises from the balcony, ocean vistas, and the sound of crashing waves. Located just steps from the beach; and close to eateries, bars, and the boardwalk. Fort Fisher, NC Aquarium, fishing charters, festivals, events, Wilmington, and other attractions make this a year round destination. Condo is on the first floor (avoiding too many stairs)!

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in the Southport area. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is a great way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers often offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.   • At departure, take a walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did you have a wonderful stay? Most rental managers make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
