Located among oak trees that give Oak Island her name, this handsome home is centrally located in the heart of OKI close to shopping, dining, grocery stores, parks, and the water. The enormous circular driveway offers plenty of parking. On the 1st floor you will savor living, dining and kitchen, and master suite plus 2 more bedrooms. The 4th bedroom fills the 2nd floor with a unique bath and shower space. Behind the dining room is a conditioned sunroom where you can appreciate early morning sunshine.

Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island, is home to this vacation home. When to visit Oak Island & When to book:

  • The earlier your group can book, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are booked early. Booking your vacation property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • Summer is high season in the Southport area. To find the best value, try shifting your vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer excellent temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic.
