On the oceanside of the 1st floor you will find 3 more bedrooms! Bedroom #3 features two queen beds and private bathroom. Bedroom #4 offers a king bed with private bathroom. Bedroom #5 features 2 queen beds as well as a private bathroom. Everyone is sure to be well rested as these are all NEW beds for 2024!

  • Summer months are high season in Holden Beach. To book the most suitable rental within budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Southport restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance.
