Our home is a piling beach home with our main living upstairs. The enclosed bottom is a studio apartment/suite for you to appreciate. We are on the calming Davis Canal with a dock where you can spend time drinking coffee or beverages, reading, fishing, kayaking, boating and appreciating sunrises/sunsets. Savor the striking, shared in ground pool and hot tub area. We are two blocks from the beach, a fast, painless walk or bicycle ride.
The space:
It is a private studio apartment with a private entrance, a queen bed, private bathroom with tile shower and towel warmer, and a blue tooth fan for enjoying music. The living area has a comfortable, reclining couch. There is no kitchen, but there is a microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot with pods and coffee. Dishes, silverware, and wine glasses are supplied. Appreciate the shared pool area with hot tub and the shared dock area. The grille is available for you to use. Bikes, chairs , kayaks and backpack cooler are by elevator for use.

Get the most from your vacation rental budget:

• In the Southport area, The sooner you can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation property six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To get the largest rental home within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
