With gorgeous waterfront vistas, multiple private outdoor spaces, and convenient access to island amenities, you’ll find everything you need to relax and appreciate the island lifestyle.


This beautiful home features an open-concept living space with modern touches throughout. The entirely equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals after a day of adventure, and with stainless steel appliances, it’s as chic as it is functional.


Start your day with a cup of coffee on the upper deck while watching the sun rise over the marsh. Spend your afternoons crabbing, fishing, or kayaking from the community dock just steps from the back door. For a really unique experience, take a walk along the bespoke-constructed walkway that leads you out into the marsh, where you can immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the surroundings. In the evening, enjoy drinks on the sizable private deck with numerous seating options, ideal for unwinding and making memories with friends and family.


Fresh linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Cape Fear Station, a neighborhood in Bald Head Island. Smith Island Museum of History and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at The Clubs at St. James and Southport Marina. When to book & When to go:

  • In the Southport area, The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked early. Booking your vacation property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
  • Book your Southport vacation in the Spring or Fall to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
