Outside you will also find a roomy fenced-in backyard that is ideal for entertaining, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and a gas grille for the grille master in your event. Outdoor living at this home is really spectacular with 2 al fresco dining opportunities amidst that fresh ocean air. Inside, each bedroom has its own TV and private access to exterior decks, downstairs you will find a great open floor plan including an refreshed living room, kitchen, and dining area.

There is seating for 8 at the huge dining table and 2 at the bar. This home is located in the splendid Marsh Walk Community, which means you have access to the private day dock on the Intracoastal Waterway and full use of the private beach access just at the end of the street, less than 75 yards away!
