Retreat to the master suite with a king-sized bed, private en-suite bath with an upsized shower enhanced with double shower heads, walk-in closet & dual vanity. This suite provides direct access to the covered porch with ocean vistas, as well as a private Juliette balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with ocean vistas, access to private Juliet balcony, and shares a full bathroom with the hallway. The third bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed with a queen trundle and a private en-suite bathroom.

This getaway is a 2nd-floor walk up two painless flights through the common area staircase. There is no elevator at this property.

Included: WIFI, Intelligent TVs in each bedroom, entirely supplied kitchen, and linens, including all linens + bath. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A first-nighttime amenities bag is supplied to get your stay started which includes an initial supply of two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, detergent, etc. Four bicycles, four beach chairs, a beach wagon, games/toys, a pack-n-play, an umbrella, and other beach accessories are also supplied for your enjoyment. There is parking for four cars in the garage/driveway. Paid parking is available on Greensboro St, at Johnnie Mercer's Pier, and on all the side streets and is first come first serve. Parking is complimentary on Wrightsville Beach from October 31st to March 1st.

When to book & When to go:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in Wrightsville Beach. To find the best rental within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • In the Southport area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
