The first floor has one bedroom with a queen bed and hall bath. The second floor has three bedrooms with a king primary suite, a queen, a double/single bunk, and a single bed with a hall bath. This duplex has central heat and air, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, cable TV, and complimentary WiFi. Other amenities include covered porches, an enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water, parking underneath the unit, a foot wash on the deck, and a private walkway to the beach.

  • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home while you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
