This 1930s bungalow has been thoughtfully refreshed while maintaining its original appeal
for a vintage modern vibe. Original wood floors, plank ceilings, and white clapboard
walls give it a rustic feel alongside a modern updated kitchen and bathroom. From your
first step inside, you’ll feel right at home! Open concept living space includes a futon, recliner, and Roku streaming TV. Our completely supplied kitchen makes cooking a breeze with ample amenities including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, toaster oven and blender. When to visit Wilmington & When to book:

  • Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties.
  • The sooner you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your vacation property up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.

  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses.   • If there's a specific Southport attraction you are crazy about, keep an eye out for homes that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your needs.
