Bring the boat! You will adore the private walkway to the ICW bringing you to your private floating boat dock! Have a seat on the sundeck located right on the ICW walkway. You will savor rocking your days away on the covered porch while watch boats cruise the Intracoastal Waterway. You will have the best spot on the ICW for watching glorious Holden Beach sunsets!
