Turtle Watch has ocean vistas in the highly beautiful west end of Ocean Isle Beach, NC. Appreciate coffee on the deck and take in the sounds of the ocean from across the street. Very close to beach access one block away and guests appreciate the opulent Isles Beach club oceanfront pool during season. Come back to the deck for happy hour with the turtles in the canal every nighttime. This 2nd floor unit is in the family friendly Islander Resort Villa. Come savor time at the beach in this 4 bedroom 4 bathroom roomy 1700+ square foot condo with painless access to the elevator. Savor vistas of the ocean and Intracoastal waterway from the deck and living area. Two bedrooms also share in the vistas of the intracoastal waterway. Turtle Watch has a full kitchen with eat-in breakfast bar. Seating for six is supplied at the dining table or choose to each at the table on the outdoor lanai while listening to the ocean waves. Sheets and towels are supplied complimentary.

The Islander Clubhouse is a short walk as well and includes a huge outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tikki bar all oceanfront. Come enjoy these amenities complimentary with your rental. Please note that the pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Ocean Isle Beach is the ideal location for a calming beach vacation! The area is very family friendly and provides many activities. Ocean Isle Beach is located within one hour of Wilmington, Southport, Oak Island, Holden Beach, Bald Head Island, Sunset Beach, Calabash, and Myrtle Beach. These areas include shopping and entertainment such as touring the USS North Carolina Battleship Memorial, shopping at the historic Cotton Exchange or Chandler's Wharf, Fort Fisher Aquarium, Caswell Lighthouse, Bald Head Lighthouse, the Alabama Theater, championship golfing and a full array of excellent eateries.

Turtle Watch is a PET FRIENDLY property! We do charge an additional $50 pet fee per stay to ensure the condo is properly maintained and we limit the family pets to two dogs under 35lbs. Please confirm your dog’s breed and weight when booking.

Getting the most from your rental home budget:

• Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Southport area. Booking your vacation home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is a great way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties.
• Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.
